Dr. Kim's laboratory is dedicated to elucidating the molecular interactions between Puccinia species and corn. Our research integrates molecular biology, genetics, bioinformatics, and cell biology to investigate the mechanisms by which plants defend against pathogen attacks. By combining insights from various research projects, we aim to develop rust-resistant crops.
