Etiology and management of specialty crop diseases
Emphasis on soilborne diseases of sugar beets and dry-edible beans
Extension:
Develop statewide educational programs for specialty crop diseases
Specialty crops include sugar beets, dry-edible beans, chicory, chickpeas and other pulse crops, sunflowers, potatoes, proso millet, grass seed, brown mustards, edible amaranths, and other newly emerging crops
